• Children are accepted from 3 years of age.
• Please be ready at your confirmed pickup location or meeting point at least five minutes before the scheduled time. This may be outside your hotel, in front of your apartment building or at the designated meeting point.
• To respect Monet’s reserved entrance times and the other participants, the driver cannot wait for late passengers. If you miss the departure, the booking will be considered a no-show and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
• Round-trip transportation and admission to Monet’s House and Gardens with a pre-booked timed-entry ticket are included.
• Your Paris Webservices voucher is not an admission ticket and will not be accepted if presented directly at the entrance to Giverny. You must travel with our driver and follow the confirmed arrangements.
• Priority admission does not guarantee immediate entry. Security checks, visitor numbers and procedures imposed by the Fondation Monet may occasionally cause waiting.
• Comfortable walking shoes are strongly recommended.
• Proof of age may be requested for children or participants benefiting from an age-based rate. Admission may be refused or an additional charge may apply if valid identification cannot be presented.

ACCESSIBILITY AND MOBILITY

• This tour is not wheelchair accessible.
• Monet’s House is a historic property with stairs, narrow passages and no lift. The gardens and village also include uneven paths and surfaces.
• The tour is not recommended for travelers with serious walking difficulties, significant back problems or medical conditions that may be affected by prolonged walking, standing or travel by minivan.
• Senior travelers are welcome, provided they are comfortable walking and standing independently for the duration of the visit.
• Each participant is responsible for assessing whether the tour is suitable for their physical condition before booking.

TRAFFIC BETWEEN PARIS AND GIVERNY

Travel times between Paris and Giverny are approximate and depend on traffic conditions, roadworks, accidents and other circumstances beyond the control of Paris Webservices. The journey usually takes approximately 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes each way but may occasionally take longer.
To reduce unnecessary driving time and protect the time available in Giverny, hotel pickup and drop-off are limited to selected areas of Paris: the 1st, 6th, 7th, 8th, 15th and 16th arrondissements, as well as the western parts of the 3rd, 5th, 9th and 17th arrondissements. Pickup in partially covered districts is subject to confirmation based on the exact address.
If your accommodation is outside our pickup area, we recommend selecting our central meeting point in western Paris, near the Eiffel Tower. This helps the driver leave Paris more efficiently and reduces the risk of delays affecting your reserved entrance time at Giverny.
Departure and return times may vary according to traffic conditions. We therefore recommend avoiding important reservations, train departures or other time-sensitive arrangements immediately after the scheduled return.

Enjoy convenient pickup directly from your hotel or residence in the 1st, 6th, 7th, 8th, 15th and 16th arrondissements, as well as in the western parts of the 3rd, 5th, 9th and 17th arrondissements. As only certain areas of these four arrondissements are covered, pickup is subject to confirmation based on your exact address.
