One of the services our guests appreciate most is our complimentary hotel pickup, available on many of our small-group and semi-private tours. Instead of asking you to travel across Paris early in the morning, we come to your hotel whenever possible, allowing you to begin your day comfortably and stress-free.

To ensure punctual departures and efficient routes for all guests, hotel pickup is available within a carefully selected area of Paris.

Step 1 – Check if Your Hotel Is Located in Our Pickup Area

Complimentary hotel pickup is available for many tours from hotels located in the following areas of Paris:

• 1st Arrondissement
• 2nd Arrondissement
• 5th Arrondissement
• 6th Arrondissement
• 7th Arrondissement
• 15th Arrondissement
• 16th Arrondissement
• Western part of the 8th Arrondissement
• Western part of the 14th Arrondissement
• Western part of the 17th Arrondissement

These districts have been carefully selected to provide the most efficient pickup routes while minimizing travel time for all guests.

It allows you to quickly determine whether your hotel is located inside our pickup zone.

If your accommodation is located close to the boundary of the highlighted area, our reservations team will personally review your address. Whenever possible, we will arrange hotel pickup. If this is not feasible, we will recommend the nearest and most convenient meeting point.

Step 2 – Every Reservation Is Personally Reviewed

Unlike large automated booking platforms, every reservation is reviewed by our reservations team.

We carefully verify:

• your hotel address,
• your tour date,
• the most efficient pickup route,
• traffic conditions,
• and whether hotel pickup can be provided.

Our objective is always to offer the most convenient departure while maintaining the quality and punctuality of every tour.

Step 3 – Staying Outside Our Pickup Area?

If your hotel, apartment or Airbnb is located outside our complimentary pickup zone, don’t worry.

We have selected several convenient meeting points located in central Paris.

These meeting points are:

• easy to reach by Metro,
• accessible by taxi or Uber,
• simple to find on foot,
• and located near major Paris landmarks.

Whenever possible, we always choose the meeting point closest to your accommodation.

Step 4 – Why Don’t We Pick Up Everywhere?

Paris is one of Europe’s busiest capitals.

Morning traffic can vary considerably depending on the district, roadworks, demonstrations, sporting events and many other factors.

If we attempted to collect guests throughout the entire city, valuable sightseeing time would be lost in traffic.

Our pickup policy allows us to:

• keep departures on schedule,
• reduce unnecessary driving,
• maximize the time you spend visiting your destination,
• and provide a smoother experience for every guest.

This organization has been refined through nearly 20 years of experience operating tours throughout Paris.

Step 5 – Our Main Meeting Points

If your accommodation is located outside our pickup area, your reservation will include one of our central meeting points.

Our most frequently used meeting locations are:

• 8 Place Saint-Augustin – 75008 Paris
• 83 Avenue Bosquet – 75007 Paris
• 44 Avenue George V – 75008 Paris
• 13 Quai Saint-Michel – 75005 Paris

The meeting point assigned to your reservation will always be confirmed before your departure.

Step 6 – Your Pickup Time Is Personally Confirmed

Every reservation is manually verified before departure.

Unlike automated booking systems, we do not assign pickup times immediately after payment.

Our reservations team confirms:

• your hotel location,
• your pickup point,
• the day’s itinerary,
• traffic forecasts,
• and the departure schedule.

Once everything has been checked, we will send you your exact pickup time together with practical instructions.

This personalized verification helps avoid misunderstandings and ensures that every guest receives accurate information.

Step 7 – Reservations Made Outside French Business Hours

Paris Webservices welcomes travelers from around the world.

Because of international time differences, many reservations are made while our office in France is closed.

For example, when it is afternoon in California, it is already late at night in Paris.

Your reservation and secure payment can be completed immediately, but operational details such as your pickup time or meeting point cannot always be confirmed until our reservations office reopens.

For this reason, your final confirmation email is generally sent within 24 hours, and often much sooner during normal French business hours.

Step 8 – Your Final Confirmation

Once your reservation has been reviewed, you will receive a detailed confirmation email including:

• confirmation that your booking has been accepted,
• your confirmed tour date,
• your exact hotel pickup time or meeting point,
• practical information before departure,
• important instructions for your tour,
• and our contact details should you need assistance.

Please read this confirmation carefully, as it contains the most up-to-date information regarding your departure.

Step 9 – Please Be Ready for Your Pickup

To ensure that every tour departs on time, we kindly ask you to be ready at least 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.

Please wait outside your hotel, apartment, Airbnb or at the main entrance of your building, where our driver can easily see you.

Do not wait inside the lobby, inside the building or in your room, as this may delay your pickup.

Why Is This Important?

Driving in Paris can be challenging.

Many streets have:

• no stopping zones,
• bus lanes,
• bicycle lanes,
• heavy traffic,
• and strict parking regulations.

In many locations, our driver is not legally allowed to stop for more than a few moments.

If our driver has to drive around the block, return to your address or search for guests, it creates delays for everyone travelling on the tour.

Being outside just 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time helps us:

• keep the tour on schedule,
• respect the pickup times of other guests,
• avoid unnecessary traffic delays,
• and provide the best possible experience for everyone.

If you are staying in an apartment or Airbnb, please wait at street level in front of the building where you are clearly visible.

If you experience an unexpected delay, please contact us immediately using the emergency telephone number provided in your confirmation email.

Our drivers will always do their best to assist you whenever possible. However, because we operate shared small-group tours, they cannot wait for extended periods without affecting the experience of the other passengers.
