  • The chauffeur does not wait during your visit. After drop-off, the driver leaves and returns at the scheduled time.

  • Baby seats and boosters available free of charge.
  • Vehicles are not wheelchair accessible.
  • Please book at least 24 hours in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the service.
After this period, the following fees apply:

  • Less than 48 hours before the service: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
  • Less than 24 hours before the service or no-show: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
  • Late arrival: If the client is more than 30 minutes late without contacting us, the service will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
  • Changes: Any modification (time, date, number of passengers) is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours before the service.
