Walking and Mobility

This tour requires approximately 2–3 hours of walking and standing, sometimes on cobblestones, uneven paths and other difficult surfaces. Comfortable walking shoes and a good level of physical fitness are strongly recommended.
Although the Palace of Versailles provides certain accessibility facilities, the transportation and itinerary of this shared tour are not wheelchair accessible. The tour may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility, significant walking difficulties or health conditions that could make prolonged standing difficult. Guides cannot provide individual mobility assistance.

Punctuality

Please be ready at the confirmed pickup or meeting point at least five minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals cannot be refunded, as the group must respect the Palace’s reserved admission time and the planned return schedule.

Reserved Timed Admission

Your booking includes Palace admission for a reserved time slot. However, timed admission does not guarantee immediate entry. Security checks, crowd management and operational decisions by the Palace may occasionally cause delays.

Identification Requirements

Guests booked under an age-based or reduced rate must carry valid proof of identity. Without the required documentation, the Palace may charge an additional fee or refuse admission.

Tickets, Transportation and Voucher

Palace admission, garden access and transportation in an air-conditioned vehicle are included as described in your selected option.
Your Paris Webservices voucher is proof of your reservation but is not an admission ticket for direct entry to the Palace. It must first be presented to your driver, guide or Paris Webservices representative.

HALF-DAY TOUR INFORMATION

This half-day experience focuses on the Palace of Versailles and its formal gardens. The programme does not allow enough time to visit the Grand Trianon, Petit Trianon or Queen’s Hamlet.
Please do not rent a golf cart during your free time, as this could cause you to miss the group’s scheduled departure and return transportation to Paris. Remain close to the palace and main garden areas and follow the instructions provided by your guide.

SEASONAL GARDEN PROGRAMME

From April to October, your visit may include the Musical Fountains Show or Musical Gardens when one of these programmes is scheduled on the date of your tour. Garden admission is included in this package. However, fountain operation, music, access to the groves and garden routes vary according to the official Versailles programme, weather conditions and operational restrictions. A fountain display cannot be guaranteed at every moment of the visit.

TRAFFIC AND PICKUP IN PARIS

Traffic between Paris and Versailles can be heavy, and the journey may occasionally take more than one hour.
To reduce unnecessary travel time and protect the reserved Palace admission schedule, hotel pickup and return are limited to selected hotels and private residences in western Paris. Your exact pickup time and location will be confirmed after booking.
If your accommodation is outside the confirmed pickup area, you will be asked to join the tour from a designated meeting point or the nearest available pickup location within the service zone.

* Wear comfortable walking shoes and dress according to the weather.
* Large bags and suitcases are not accepted on this tour.
* Travel light, as certain bags, umbrellas and bulky items are prohibited inside the Palace.
* Keep your personal belongings with you and remain alert in crowded areas.
* Security checks may delay admission, even with a reserved time slot.
* Follow the guide’s instructions and return to the designated meeting place at the stated time.

  Pickup from Your Hotel or Private Residence
  • Morning tour: pickup between 8:15 and 9:30 a.m.
  • Afternoon tour: pickup between 11:15 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
• Hotel pickup is available only from selected hotels and private residences in western Paris. Your exact pickup time and location will be confirmed after booking.
  If your accommodation is outside our pickup area, we will propose a designated meeting point or the nearest available pickup location within our service zone.
  Return to Paris
  • Morning tour: departure from Versailles at approximately 2:00 p.m.
  • Afternoon tour: departure from Versailles at approximately 5:00 p.m.
• Return times in Paris may vary depending on traffic and operational conditions.

• OPTION 2 — HALF-DAY GUIDED TOUR FROM A PARIS MEETING POINT WITH GARDEN ACCESS
  Join the tour from one of our designated meeting points in western Paris. The exact meeting point and departure time will be provided in your booking confirmation.
  After the tour, you will be dropped off at a central location near the Champs-Élysées or the Eiffel Tower. Hotel pickup and return are not included with the meeting-point option.

All cancellation deadlines are based on Paris local time (CET/CEST).
