refund will be provided for the unused portion.
• Late Arrivals: Groups arriving after the scheduled start time will be considered a "no-show." No

• Last-Minute Cancellations: Due to high demand for our expert guides, we are unable to
accommodate last-minute cancellations. Please plan ahead to avoid any issues.
