• Punctuality:
Please be ready and on time at the designated meeting point. Late arrivals may miss part of the private or small-group tour experience.
• Tickets and Transport:
This is a walking tour and does not include transportation. Please make your own way to the meeting point.
There are no entrance tickets required unless specified otherwise (e.g., optional visit to Sacré-Cœur Dome).
• Footwear Recommendation:
Wear comfortable walking shoes suitable for cobblestone streets and sloped terrain. Montmartre includes several staircases, narrow paths, and uneven surfaces.
• Group Size:
This tour is available as a private experience or as a small group tour with a maximum of 13 participants.
• Age-Related Discounts:
This tour does not require entrance tickets. However, if you choose to visit optional sites after the tour (e.g., museums or dome access), age-based discounts may apply with valid ID.
• Accessibility Challenges:
Montmartre is not fully accessible for visitors with reduced mobility. The neighborhood includes steep inclines, stairs, and uneven pavements.
• Physical Fitness Requirements:
The tour lasts approximately 3 hours and involves walking, climbing hills and stairs, and standing for extended periods. A moderate level of fitness is recommended.
• Not Suitable for Certain Travelers:
This tour is not recommended for:
• Individuals with limited mobility or balance issues
• Travelers with serious health conditions (e.g., heart or respiratory problems)
• Guide Limitations:
Your guide will provide group commentary but cannot offer individual physical assistance. All participants must be able to follow the tour independently.
• Crowd Management:
Montmartre is a popular destination and can be crowded, especially on weekends and in high season. Please stay with your group and respect the scheduled pacing of the tour.

• Bag Policy:
There are no bag restrictions in the area, but we recommend bringing only small bags or backpacks, especially due to walking uphill and through narrow streets.
• Baby Strollers:
Strollers are not recommended due to stairs, steep streets, and cobbled paths. Consider using a baby carrier if traveling with young children.
• Umbrella Advice:
Weather can change quickly in Paris. Bring a small, foldable umbrella in case of rain.
• Health Concerns:
If you have any medical conditions that may limit your mobility or endurance, please inform us in advance. The tour requires steady walking on uneven ground.
• Safety Awareness:
Although Montmartre is generally safe, be aware of pickpockets, especially in crowded areas like the Sacré-Cœur steps. Keep personal belongings secure.

Meeting Point:
The meeting point will be confirmed upon reservation. You will receive details about the exact location and instructions before your tour date. Please ensure you arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled time to meet your guide, who will be easily identifiable.

End of the Tour:
The tour will end in front of the Moulin Rouge, the iconic cabaret at the foot of Montmartre. From there, you are free to continue exploring the neighborhood, enjoy a drink at a nearby café, or make your own way to your next destination.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please review our cancellation policy carefully before booking:

For Individual & Group Bookings
Cancellations up to 7 days before the event:
• No cancellation fee will be charged. A full refund will be issued.

Cancellations within 7 days of the event:
• 100% cancellation fee applies. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled event. These will be considered as “no-shows.”

Important Notes for All Bookings
• Interruption of Tour or Service: If a client or group interrupts the tour or service after it has begun, no refund will be issued for the unused portion.
• Last-Minute Cancellations: Due to high demand for our licensed guides and limited availability, we are unable to accommodate cancellations made within 7 days of the tour date.
• Late Arrivals: Guests or groups arriving after the scheduled start time will be considered a “no-show.” No refunds or rescheduling will be provided, regardless of the reason.
• Uncertain Travel Plans: If your travel plans are subject to change, we strongly advise not to book until you are certain. Our cancellation policy is strict and necessary to ensure smooth operations and fair scheduling for our guides.
• Travel Insurance Recommended: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers unexpected changes due to illness, emergencies, or delays.
• Time Zone Awareness: Ensure you account for time zone differences when planning your attendance. Missed tours due to time miscalculations will not be refunded.
• Organizer Rights: We reserve the right to cancel or modify the tour without notice if necessary for safety or operational reasons. In such cases, a full refund or suitable alternative will be offered.

• Confirmation Timeline: You will receive confirmation within 1 business day, and your card will be charged for the full amount, including applicable taxes and fees.
