CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour
You may cancel your private Louvre tour free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour. However, Louvre Museum entrance tickets are nominative and non-refundable once purchased. The cost of the tickets will therefore be deducted from the refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour are non-refundable. A 100% cancellation fee applies.
No-shows and late arrivals
No refund will be issued in case of a no-show or if a late arrival results in missing the scheduled tour.

Once your booking has been confirmed and the entrance tickets have been purchased, the ticket cost is non-refundable.
Louvre Museum tickets are nominative and issued in the name of each participant. Once purchased, they cannot be modified, transferred to another person, resold or reused.
If you cancel your tour within the permitted cancellation period, the refundable portion of the tour will be reimbursed, but the cost of the Louvre entrance tickets will be deducted from the refund.
