Please be ready on time at the designated meeting point (in front of your hotel, outside your apartment building, or at the specified meeting location). Late arrivals will not be refunded, and the tour will proceed as scheduled. Timing is crucial to ensure access to the Palace and gardens during the allocated slots.
• Tickets and Transport:
Entrance tickets and transportation in an air-conditioned minivan are included in the tour package. Important: This voucher is not valid for direct entry at the venue. It must be presented to the tour operator or guide as proof of booking.
• Footwear Recommendation:
Wear comfortable walking shoes suitable for uneven surfaces and extended walking. The Palace grounds and gardens are vast, and you will need sturdy footwear to navigate them comfortably.
• Priority Access:
The tour includes priority access to the Palace and Gardens, allowing you to bypass regular ticket lines. However, please note that security procedures at the Palace may occasionally slow down entry, even for priority ticket holders.
• Age-Related Discounts:
For tickets with preferential rates based on age (e.g., children, students, or seniors), valid proof of identity is required. Without appropriate documentation, access may be denied.
• Accessibility Challenges:
The Palace of Versailles and its gardens are not wheelchair accessible and may be difficult to navigate for individuals with reduced mobility. Many pathways are cobblestoned or uneven, and some areas require stairs to access.
• Weather Precautions:
This tour operates rain or shine. Please bring an umbrella or raincoat in case of inclement weather and sunscreen or hats for sunny days, as much of the tour involves outdoor exploration.
• Garden Shows (April to October):
- Experience the magic of Versailles with Musical Fountains and Musical Gardens.
- Musical Fountains Shows: Held on Saturdays and Sundays, the fountains dance
to baroque music, creating a captivating spectacle.
- Musical Gardens: On Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, enjoy classical melodies as you stroll through the lush gardens.

• Physical Fitness Requirements:
This tour involves 3-5 hours of walking, including crowded areas and outdoor paths. Participants should have a good level of physical fitness to fully enjoy the experience.
• Not Suitable for Certain Travelers:
This tour is not recommended for:
• Elderly individuals or those with reduced mobility.
• Travelers with serious medical conditions, such as heart problems, back issues, or other health concerns.
• Guide Limitations:
The guide cannot provide individual assistance. Participants must be capable of following the group independently without requiring additional help.
• Crowd Management:
The Palace is a popular destination and often very crowded. Entry and scheduled tour times must be strictly adhered to in order to maintain group cohesion and access to designated areas.
• Please note that we serve clients staying in the following districts of Paris: 1, 5, 6, 7, 8, 15, 16, and select hotels in 2, 9, 14, and 17.
• For groups of more than 5 people, we can accommodate reservations in all districts of Paris.
• We kindly ask you to confirm your hotel location when booking.

1. Cancellations up to 2 days (48 hours) before the event date:
No cancellation fee will be charged.
2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event date:
A 100% cancellation fee will apply, and any cancellation within this period will be considered a "no-show."

• Interruption of Tour or Service: If a client requests to interrupt the tour or service during its delivery, no refund will be provided.
• Late Arrivals: Customers arriving after the starting time of the excursion will be considered a "no-show." They will not receive a refund or the option to reschedule, regardless of the reason for their tardiness.
• Organizer’s Rights: The organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify tours without prior notice if necessary for the client’s comfort or safety.

A 50% cancellation fee will be applied.
3. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the event date:
A 100% cancellation fee will be applied, and any cancellation within this period will be considered a "no-show."
Important Notes for Groups :
