Your pass will then be  activated for 2, 4 or 6 consecutive days. On  producing your pass at the checkpoints, you will not only gain free  entry, but you will also avoid the queues at the cash desk.
The Paris Museum Pass doesn’t give access to temporary exhibitions or to conference visits.
The Paris Museum Pass will be activated starting from the first date of use.
The  majority of national museums and monuments are free for young people  under 18 years old and europeans union nationals under 26 years old.  Some museums are free for people with disabilities Museums and monuments  are usually closed on Mondays or Tuesdays, 1st January, 1st May and  25th December. Under-18s  do not need to pick up a free ticket at the ticket office if they are  accompanied by their parents, who have an entry ticket to the museum (or  monument). They walk through with their parents, and will only need to show their ID.

The PMP is valid for 1 admission to each site.

The period of use starts from the first entrance to one of the sites. So the PMP is valid for 48 hours, 96 hours or 144 hours in a row.

* “Skip-the-line” admission is not guaranteed when there are specific access conditions: security checks, the mandatory presentation of free tickets or regulated restrictions on visitor numbers for security reasons.

PRATICAL INFORMATION

ATTENTION:

Since July 2019, access to the Louvre with the PARIS MUSEUM PASS can only be guaranteed by booking a time slot. Without this, admission can sometimes be a very lengthy or even impossible process during periods when there are a lot of visitors.

To book a time slot: log onto ticketlouvre.fr, select “Visitors with a Paris Museum Pass“, choose the day and time of your visit, and indicate your name and your PMP number. You can then download a QR code that will get you through the first checkpoint at the entrance to the Pyramide du Louvre (the only way to get in). You will then need to show your PMP at the various checkpoints in the museum, located under the Pyramid.

NB: The booking procedure is free and visitors qualifying for free admission have no need to book.

The pass does not include access to temporary exhibitions or conference visits
Most museums and monuments are free for the under 18s and EU residents under 26s
Some locations are closed on Monday or Tuesday, 1st January and 1st May
The pass is based on calendar days and can be used on consecutive days

No refunds are available for the Tickets service , Eiffel Tower Tours , The Louvre Ticket, Museum Pass, Opera, Ballet …
Since tickets are a one of a kind item they are not replaceable. There are no refunds, Exchanges or cancellations on any order once it is submitted to us..
This is necessary because we have purchased Tickets from the Museum, or others services and we are unable return them.
 
Unused tickets connot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Please order tickets only after you are certain you want them.
No refunds are available for the Tickets, Tours * and a special event period For Chrismas, Easter, Thankgiving, New year’s, Trade fair, Public or National French Holidays, School holidays, Saint Valentin …ect.
