  • Customised experiences,
  • Tourist transport services, including:

Paris Webservices connects its clients with carefully selected professional providers, such as:
independent guides, excursion providers, artisans, chefs, artists, tourist drivers, producers, shopkeepers, as well as certain hotels, restaurants and boutiques.

Role of Paris Webservices

  • Paris Webservices acts as an intermediary and reseller, and not as the direct producer of the service.
  • The performance contract is concluded between the client and the provider.
  • The provider is solely responsible for its service.
  • Paris Webservices handles payment processing when it collects funds on behalf of the provider.

Paris Webservices also provides the connection, coordination, transmission of information and, where necessary, presentation of the provider on the Website.

Strict selection of providers

Paris Webservices applies a demanding selection process based on:

  • verification of insurance, licences and legal compliance,
  • professional quality,
  • reliability,
  • the provider’s ethics and seriousness.

Paris Webservices may end a collaboration at any time in case of non-compliance with its standards.

No commission on hotels, restaurants or boutiques

Paris Webservices:

  • does not sell hotel rooms,
  • does not resell restaurant services,
  • does not receive any commission or financial advantage (direct or indirect)
    from hotels, restaurants or boutiques.

Recommendations are 100% independent, based solely on quality and the client’s best interest.

Commercial gesture requested from partners

Although Paris Webservices does not receive any commission,
hotels, restaurants and boutiques that partner with Paris Webservices are requested to grant clients a direct commercial gesture, such as:

  • a complimentary breakfast,
  • a discount,
  • a complimentary drink or product,
  • an upgrade subject to availability,
  • or any other special attention.

These benefits are granted exclusively to the client.

Creation costs borne by hotels, restaurants and boutiques

Hotels, restaurants and boutiques accepted as partners must bear all costs related to their presence and referencing on the Website, including:

  • the creation of their dedicated page or profile,
  • the referencing of this page on the Website,
  • hosting of the page,
  • regular maintenance and updates.

These costs constitute a symbolic contribution, intended solely to cover the technical and administrative expenses incurred by Paris Webservices.

In the event that an application is refused after a profile has been created,
the establishment remains liable for the costs incurred, which are non-refundable.

  • provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.

3.4. User responsibility

The user is responsible for:

  • the accuracy of the information provided,
  • any action carried out on the Website using their details,
  • the payment of any booking made in their name.

Paris Webservices reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking in the event of:

  • fraud,
  • doubts as to the legitimacy of an order,

non-compliant use of the Website

4. Booking

Booking a service via the Website becomes firm and final only after:

  1. full payment of the indicated amount,
  2. manual validation of the booking by Paris Webservices,
  3. issuance and receipt of the voucher by email.

4.1. Booking processing times and office hours

Paris Webservices receives a large number of bookings from abroad, often made from different time zones.

Bookings are therefore processed manually and only during the agency’s opening hours:

Monday to Sunday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Paris time)

Any booking made outside these hours will be processed when the agency reopens, in order of receipt.

4.2. Payment ≠ immediate confirmation

After payment:

  • the client immediately receives a bank notification confirming the debit,
  • but this does not constitute booking confirmation,
  • because Paris Webservices must first manually verify the availability of the service.

Actual confirmation is only effective when Paris Webservices:

  • validates availability, and
  • sends the voucher to the client.

No booking is guaranteed until the voucher has been received.

4.3. Verification of information

Upon receipt of the voucher, the client must:

  • check all details (date, time, place, participants, service),
  • contact Paris Webservices immediately in case of any error.

If no error is reported, Paris Webservices cannot be held responsible for any subsequent issues.

4.4. Mandatory information

The client agrees to provide:

  • accurate information,
  • complete information,
  • contact details allowing rapid communication (email and phone number).

Paris Webservices reserves the right to cancel a booking in the event of:

  • incorrect information,
  • suspected fraud,
  • impossibility of confirming the service

5. Price

The prices displayed on the Website:

  • are expressed in euros (€),
  • include all applicable taxes (VAT included),
  • are valid only for bookings made online,
  • may vary depending on the seasondemandavailability or specific conditions of each provider.

5.1. Exchange rate variations

For clients using a bank card issued outside the euro zone:

  • the amount charged in euros may be converted by their bank,
  • the exchange rate applied depends exclusively on the client’s bank,
  • currency conversion or international transaction fees may be added by the client’s bank,
  • Paris Webservices has no control over these variations or additional fees.

Therefore, Paris Webservices cannot be held responsible for differences between:

  • the price shown in euros on the Website, and
  • the final amount debited by the bank in the client’s local currency.

5.2. Price accuracy

The prices displayed at the time of booking are binding, except in the case of:

  • obvious error, or
  • exceptional update required.

Some services may benefit from:

  • special rates,
  • occasional promotions,
  • or specific conditions mentioned in their description.

6. Payment

Payment for services is made online through a secure system offering the following means of payment:

  • Visa,
  • Mastercard.

6.1. Payment security

Transactions are protected by:

  • SSL 128-bit encryption,
  • strong authentication systems such as 3-D Secure / Verified by Visa,
  • automatic redirection to the secure banking platform.

Paris Webservices never has access to the client’s bank details, which are processed solely by the certified banking institution.

The debit appears on the client’s bank statement under the name:
Paris Webservices.

6.2. Confirmation and service availability

Payment validates the booking request.
The service is considered confirmed only after:

  • bank authorisation,
  • verification of service availability,
  • sending of the voucher to the client.

If a service is unavailable after payment, Paris Webservices will:

  • either propose an alternative service with the client’s agreement,
  • or proceed to a full refund within a maximum of 72 hours.

(The older repeated block “Paiement sécurisé (SSL 128 bits, 3D)…“ in French has now been integrated above.)

7. Voucher

The voucher is proof of booking.
It is sent to the client by email after confirmation and validation of payment.

The client must:

  • present the voucher in paper or digital format,
  • ensure that all information (date, time, place, participants) is correct,
  • bring, if requested, ID corresponding to the name on the booking.

For security reasons, the provider or Paris Webservices may also request:

  • the bank card used for payment,
  • or proof of legitimate possession of that card.

Failure to present the voucher or any requested proof may result in denial of access to the service, without any refund.

14.1. External providers paid directly

Where the service has been:

  • booked with a third-party provider,

the complaint must be addressed directly to the provider, who remains solely responsible for both:

  • and whether their insurance is appropriate for their travel plans.

Paris Webservices cannot be held liable for the consequences of a lack of insurance on the part of the client.
