PRATICAL INFORMATION

Departure schedules
From April to September:
Choose any departure time from 10am to 10:30pm (except 1pm and 7:30pm – no departures)
Departure subject to a minimum of 10 participants
Frequency: approx. every 30 minutes

On weekends and every weekday of June, July and August: from 10am to 11pm
On 14 July, due to French National Day festivities, the last Sightseeing Cruise departure of the day is at 2pm.

From October to March:
Choose any departure time from 10:30am to 10pm (except 1pm and 7:30pm – no departures)
Departure subject to a minimum of 10 participants
Frequency: approx. every hour
On weekends and every weekday during French ‘Zone C’ school holidays: from 10am to 10:30pm.
On 24 December, due to Christmas festivities, the last Sightseeing Cruise departure of the day is at 5pm.
On 31 December, due to New Year’s Eve festivities, the last Sightseeing Cruise departure of the day is at 9:30pm.

Pay parking, subject to availability.

Security measures
For the safety and security of us all, the number of security agents on site has been increased. Bags are systematically checked and jackets and coats must be opened at the entrance.
Baggage except for small backpacks, handbags and computer bags are no longer accepted within our establishments, including the cloakroom.
Any items, boxes or other containers left unattended as well as any suspect behaviour must be reported to Bateaux Parisiens crew members.
The only toilets available are located on the boats. Unfortunately, there are no toilet facilities available on the piers.

Tickets & Tours with Tickets
No refunds are available for the Tickets service , Eiffel Tower Tours , The Louvre Ticket, Museum Pass, Opera, Ballet …
Since tickets are a one of a kind item they are not replaceable. There are no refunds, Exchanges or cancellations on any order once it is submitted to us..
This is necessary because we have purchased Tickets from the Museum, or others services and we are unable return them.
 
Unused tickets connot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Please order tickets only after you are certain you want them.
No refunds are available for the Tickets, Tours * and a special event period For Chrismas, Easter, Thankgiving, New year’s, Trade fair, Public or National French Holidays, School holidays, Saint Valentin …ect.
