• A 100% cancellation fee applies for both the guide service and any tickets.
• No refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason.
3. Modifications
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
• Tickets cannot be refunded, transferred, or reused, even if the tour date is changed.
4. Booking Confirmation:
Your reservation is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us, typically within 48 hours of booking.
