Looking for a quirky restaurant in the heart of Paris? Somewhere a bit different to share a meal with friends or family? How about dining on a boat or barge on the Seine? Compagnie des Bateaux Mouches® invites you to discover its gourmet cruises for the first time, or perhaps you are a returning customer, with a convivial lunch or romantic dinner on the water, at the foot of the capital’s historic monuments: The Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Conciergerie… Our ships provide unrivalled cruising comfort, with fully operative restaurants on board whose menus prioritise taste, elegance and sophistication.
The Douce France lunch cruise menu is only available on weekends and public holidays. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, in the spirit of the “guinguette” establishments of yesteryear, that would punctuate the banks of the Seine and the Marne.

Confirmation of your booking is provided at the time of reservation. The Bateaux-Mouches Dinner Cruise is wheelchair accessible and conveniently located near public transportation. Infant seats are available, and most travelers can participate.
Reservations are normally limited to a maximum of 14 people per booking. If you wish to reserve for a larger group, please make multiple bookings and contact us immediately to request seating at the same table. Without prior notice, we cannot guarantee that the group will be seated together, and your party may be split across several boats.
Children under 4 years old are welcome on board free of charge, but no menu is provided for them. If you would like a meal for a child under 4, you may purchase a menu designed for children aged 4–12, as detailed on the official Bateaux-Mouches website.
Please arrive at the meeting point on time, as no refunds will be issued for late arrivals. Guests are expected to follow the appropriate dress code; trainers and shorts are not permitted.

Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled tour or event time (Paris local time, CET/CEST) are non-refundable.
- Any interruption of the tour or service during its delivery at the client’s request will not give rise to a refund.
- Customers arriving after the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show, with no refund, regardless of the reason.
- The organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify tours for safety, comfort, force majeure, strikes, demonstrations, administrative decisions, or exceptional closures. In such cases, alternative dates or a full refund will be offered.
PAYMENT PROCESSING
Advance Payment Requirement
• Reservations require advance payment to be confirmed. Payments can be made using MasterCard or VISA through our secure online platform.
Secure Payment System (SSL)
• Your bank card details are encrypted (up to 128 bits) using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and are never transmitted unencrypted over the internet. Payment will remain on hold until the services are confirmed.
3D Secure Payment System
To protect against online fraud, Visa and MasterCard employ a 3D Secure payment system:
1. Enter your card details.
2. Authenticate your identity via a one-time code sent by your bank (via SMS).
3. Complete your payment. Once validated, you will receive a confirmation email.
Important Notes About Payment:
• Secure Information Handling: Paris Webservices (PWS) will never ask for your bank details via email. Payments should only be made through our secure platform or your bank's authentication page.
• Cross-Border Payments: Some banks may restrict 3D Secure payments made from outside your country of residence. Please verify with your bank if you experience issues.
• Supplier or Service Changes: In rare cases, suppliers may adjust dates, prices, or inclusions. In such cases, PWS reserves the right to accept or deny your payment.

• Confirmation Timeline: If the tour is available, confirmation will be provided within 1 business day, and your credit card will be charged 100% of the total cost, including taxes and booking fees.
