Do I need to book for a specific date or time?
No. Sightseeing tickets are valid for any departure on the chosen day, without a specific time. They remain valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
Which landmarks can you see during the cruise?
Many iconic Parisian landmarks are visible from the Seine: Les Invalides, the Musée d'Orsay, the Louvre Museum, the Concorde Obelisk, Paris City Hall, Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Conciergerie, and of course the Eiffel Tower. You may even catch a glimpse of the Sacré-Cœur Basilica and the Olympic cauldron in summer.
Can I get a refund for my Bateaux-Mouches ticket?
No, sightseeing tickets are non-refundable. However, they are transferable since they are not personalized, and they remain valid for 2 years after purchase.

Meeting Point – Access by Car & Public Transportation
Reaching our boarding dock is simple and convenient. Guests arriving by car can take advantage of a complimentary parking area located just 20 meters from our boats. Upon arrival, please use the access ramp near Pont de l’Alma, which leads directly to our embarkation point.
The location is also easily accessible by public transportation. You can reach us via Metro Line 9 (Alma–Marceau station) or Metro Line 1 (Champs-Élysées – Clemenceau station), both within walking distance of the dock.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
Tickets are open and valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. You can use them on any available cruise within this period.
Changes or rescheduling are not required, but must be used within the 1-year validity.
