Morning Pickup in Paris

Your chauffeur will collect you directly from your hotel or residence between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM, depending on the time you wish to arrive at the palace.
Driving time from Paris to Versailles is approximately 30 to 45 minutes.

Evening Return to Paris

Your chauffeur will meet you at the main entrance or a convenient location upon request.
Expected arrival in Paris: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM, depending on your visit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the service.
After this period, the following fees apply:

  • Less than 48 hours before the service: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
  • Less than 24 hours before the service or no-show: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
  • Late arrival: If the client is more than 30 minutes late without contacting us, the service will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
  • Flight delays: We monitor flight arrivals. If your flight is delayed, your driver will wait at no extra cost.
  • Changes: Any modification (time, date, number of passengers) is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours before the service.
