• Security Checks: All visitors must pass through security screening upon entry. Please allow some extra time, particularly during high season (approx. 5–10 minutes).
• Ticket Policy: Tickets are valid for single entry only. Once you exit the museum, re-entry is not permitted.
• Meeting Point & Punctuality: Please be ready and on time at the designated meeting point to ensure a smooth start to your guided tour. Late arrivals may miss important parts of the visit.
• Footwear Recommendation: Wear comfortable walking shoes. The museum tour involves standing and moderate walking.
• Age-Related Discounts: Reduced fares (children, students, seniors) require valid photo ID. If you do not have appropriate documentation, full-price tickets may be charged.
• Accessibility: The Orangerie Museum is fully wheelchair accessible, with ramps and elevators throughout the building.
• Walking Requirements: The tour lasts about 1 to 1.5 hours and includes standing and light walking through the galleries.
• Guide Limitations: The guide will provide group commentary and cannot offer individual assistance. All participants must be able to follow the tour independently.

• Bag Policy: Large bags, luggage, and suitcases are not allowed inside the museum. Small backpacks and handbags are permitted but may be subject to inspection.

• Umbrella Policy: In case of rain, bring a small, foldable umbrella. Large umbrellas may not be allowed inside.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For Individual & Group Bookings
• Cancellations up to 7 days before the event:
No cancellation fee will be charged. A full refund will be issued only if ticket reservations have not yet been made.

• Cancellations within 7 days of the event:
100% cancellation fee applies. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled event. These will be considered as “no-shows.”

Important Ticketing Notice: Once your booking is confirmed and entrance tickets are reserved, these tickets are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation timing.
This is due to ticketing policies enforced by official venues, as tickets are nominative and cannot be transferred or resold.

Important Notes for All Bookings
• Interruption of Tour or Service: If a client or group interrupts the tour or service after it has begun, no refund will be issued for the unused portion.
• Last-Minute Cancellations: Due to high demand for our licensed guides and limited availability, we are unable to accommodate cancellations made within 7 days of the tour date.
• Late Arrivals: Guests or groups arriving after the scheduled start time will be considered a “no-show.” No refunds or rescheduling will be provided, regardless of the reason.
• Uncertain Travel Plans: If your travel plans are subject to change, we strongly advise not to book until you are certain. Our cancellation policy is strict and necessary to ensure smooth operations and fair scheduling for our guides.
• Travel Insurance Recommended: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers unexpected changes due to illness, emergencies, or delays.
• Time Zone Awareness: Ensure you account for time zone differences when planning your attendance. Missed tours due to time miscalculations will not be refunded.
• Organizer Rights: We reserve the right to cancel or modify the tour without notice if necessary for safety or operational reasons. In such cases, a full refund or suitable alternative will be offered.

Advance Payment Requirement
• Full advance payment is required to confirm your reservation. Payments may be made via MasterCard or VISA using our secure online platform.

Important Notes About Payment:

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
• Payments are held pending final confirmation of service availability by our reservations team.
• Once availability is confirmed, you will receive a personalized confirmation email for each service or tour.
• If the service is not available, no payment will be processed and you will be notified promptly.
• Confirmation Timeline: You will receive confirmation within 1 business day, and your card will be charged for the full amount, including applicable taxes and fees.

Once your tickets have been issued, no changes, cancellations, or refunds are possible.
