Security measures
For the safety and security of us all, the number of security agents on site has been increased. Bags are systematically checked and jackets and coats must be opened at the entrance.

Baggage except for small backpacks, handbags and computer bags are no longer accepted within our establishments, including the cloakroom.

Any items, boxes or other containers left unattended as well as any suspect behaviour must be reported to Bateaux Parisiens crew members.

The only toilets available are located on the boats. Unfortunately, there are no toilet facilities available on the piers.

Reservation, Modification & Cancellation Policy

Reservation Conditions

All reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.
Any additional services, requests, or extra hours not included in the original reservation may be charged separately at the end of the service.
Late payment may result in the cancellation of the reservation. In such cases, late payment penalties may apply according to applicable regulations.

Modification Policy
For bookings from 1 to 11 guests
Reservations can be modified up to 3 business days before the scheduled service date, based on Paris local time (CET/CEST).

For bookings of more than 11 guests
From 29 to 15 days before the service: modifications allowed up to 30% of the total number of guests.
From 14 to 3 days before the service: modifications allowed up to 10% of the total number of guests.
Gift vouchers are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-modifiable.

Cancellation Policy
For bookings from 1 to 11 guests

Free cancellation up to 3 business days before the service date
(deadline calculated according to Paris local time – CET/CEST).

For bookings of more than 11 guests
Up to 30 days before the service: free cancellation
From 29 to 10 days before the service: 70% of the total amount will be charged
Less than 10 days before the service: 100% of the total amount will be charged

Exceptional Circumstances
If the service is totally or partially cancelled due to circumstances beyond the provider’s control (such as administrative decisions or public authority restrictions), the provider will grant a refund corresponding to the part of the service that was not performed.
The client has six (6) months from the originally scheduled service date to request this refund through customer service.
No additional compensation, damages, or indemnities may be claimed.

Onboard Rules & Safety

The provider will take all reasonable measures to ensure that the service runs according to the reservation conditions.
The number of participants may not exceed the maximum capacity allowed for safety reasons.
Any object or equipment that may present a danger to passengers or staff will be refused.
Guests must maintain appropriate behavior and respectful conduct during the service.
Anyone who violates safety rules or onboard regulations may be refused entry or removed from the service without refund.
Payment Processing

Advance payment is required to validate your reservation. Payments on this site can only be made by using MASTERCARD or VISA, through our secured Internet pages. Your bank card details will be encrypted (up to 128 bits) with the SSL (Secured Socket Layer) protocol. Your bank card details are never transmitted unencrypted on the Internet.

Payment stays on hold until the services are confirmed:

Occasionally our suppliers and / or service providers make changes to tour dates, prices, inclusions, coverage, age requirements, etc. As a result, PWS reserves the right to deny or accept your payment. Under this agreement, the processing of payments remains on hold until the services are confirmed by our central reservation. After this, you will receive a personalized email for each tour, event or service booked and paid, or a notification that we could not retain your payment. Please wait for our reply. If the tour is available, we will confirm within 1 business day and your credit card will be charged 100% of the cost of the tour, show, or other services (including tax), plus the booking fee indicated, if any. This amount will be debited in Euros. The rates shown include all taxes and VAT.

Any interruption of the tour or service during its delivery, at the client's request, shall not give rise to any refund. Any customer who arrives after the start time of the excursion shall be considered a "no show" and not refunded, whatever the reason for their tardiness. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify certain tours without notice if the client’s comfort or safety so requires.
