How We Handle Your Reservation

Unlike automated systems, our reservation process is handled manually by our dedicated team. This means that each booking is carefully reviewed, verified, and processed one by one to ensure accuracy and personalized attention.

  • Manual Verification
    Every reservation is checked by our staff to make sure all details are correct. This extra step allows us to avoid mistakes and provide a smoother experience for you.

  • Bank Confirmation
    Once your payment has been validated, you will first receive a confirmation message by email directly from our bank. This confirms that the payment has gone through successfully.

  • Processing Hours
    Our team processes reservations between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (French local time). Payments made outside of these hours may experience a short delay before being reviewed and confirmed.

  • Time Zone Differences
    If you are located outside of France, please keep in mind that time zone differences may cause delays of several hours before you receive our confirmation email. This is completely normal and nothing to worry about.


What to Do If You Don’t See Your Confirmation Yet

If you have not yet received your reservation confirmation:

  • Please check your bank’s confirmation first. If your bank has approved the payment, your booking request has reached us successfully.

  • Then, allow some additional time for our team to manually process your request during our office hours.

  • Rest assured, your reservation is secure, and you will receive our official confirmation email as soon as your booking has been reviewed.
