The customer can request a change to the reservation (with the exception of the services listed as “cannot be changed or canceled”).
Until J-15 from the date of use of the service booked, no fees shall generally be required (except for the services listed as “cannot be changed or canceled” or those corresponding to specific cancellation policies duly shown under the “Cancellation Policy” for each service). After J-15, Pariswebservices.com applies a processing fee.
Any change of date or content cannot be guaranteed and shall be applied subject to availability.

(specifying the reservation number, customer name reference and the date), which shall process the request as soon as possible.
For services for which it is indicated “cannot be canceled or modified” or those on some special dates, no change is possible.

Payment must be made at the time of booking by credit or debit card via the secure payment system set up on the website.

To confirm a reservation, full payment must be made.
The price corresponding to the service reserved is charged on the credit or debit card. As part of an order for which certain services could not be confirmed due to lack of availability, the price for the services that are unavailable shall be re-credited to the cardholder within 72 hours maximum.

The customer’s order shall be definitively confirmed upon receipt of the voucher that shall be sent to him in order to confirm the approval of the order to the email address provided by the customer.
The customer is required to read the email, to access their voucher and is solely responsible for its printing.
The customer must print the voucher and present the original voucher to the service provider, so that the reservation can be honored. To avoid misuse, identification may be requested, as well as the signing of the voucher or the presentation of the payment card used for the order. The bank card alone cannot serve as proof of purchase.
