Free Cancellation

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the service.
    No fees will be charged.

Cancellation Fees

  • Less than 48 hours before departure: 50% of the total price is charged.
  • Less than 24 hours before departure or no-show: 100% of the total price is charged.

Late Arrival

  • If the client is more than 30 minutes late without notifying us, the service may be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

Modifications

  • Any change (pickup time, itinerary, number of passengers) must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability.
