For tickets with preferential rates based on age (e.g., children, students, or seniors), valid proof of identity is required. Without appropriate documentation, access may be denied.
• Accessibility Challenges:
This tour is not wheelchair accessible and may be difficult to navigate for individuals with reduced mobility. Many pathways are cobblestoned or uneven, and some areas require stairs to access.
• Physical Fitness Requirements:
This tour involves 2-3 hours of walking, including crowded areas and outdoor paths. Participants should have a good level of physical fitness to fully enjoy the experience.
• Not Suitable for Certain Travelers:
This tour is not recommended for:
•Elderly individuals or those with reduced mobility.
• Travelers with serious medical conditions, such as heart problems, back issues, or other health concerns.
• Guide Limitations:
The guide cannot provide individual assistance. Participants must be capable of following the group independently without requiring additional help.

• Bag Policy:
Large bags are not allowed in the Palace. Small backpacks are permitted. Plan accordingly if you need to carry personal items.

• Umbrella Advice:
Bring a small foldable umbrella for unpredictable weather conditions. Large umbrellas are not permitted inside the Palace.

The guide will provide an audio device with wired headphones to ensure all participants can hear the commentary. If you prefer, bring your own standard jack headphones (Bluetooth devices are not compatible).
• Health Concerns:
Visitors with health conditions or walking difficulties should carefully assess their ability to participate in the tour. The guide will not be able to provide individual attention to anyone experiencing discomfort.
• Security Controls:
Be prepared for potential delays at security checkpoints during peak times, even with priority access. Your patience is appreciated as these measures are in place for everyone’s safety.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For Individual & Group Bookings
• Cancellations up to 7 days before the event:
No cancellation fee will be charged. A full refund will be issued only if ticket reservations have not yet been made.

• Cancellations within 7 days of the event:
100% cancellation fee applies. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled event. These will be considered as “no-shows.”

Important Ticketing Notice: Once your booking is confirmed and entrance tickets are reserved, these tickets are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation timing.
This is due to ticketing policies enforced by official venues, as tickets are nominative and cannot be transferred or resold.

Important Notes for All Bookings
• Interruption of Tour or Service: If a client or group interrupts the tour or service after it has begun, no refund will be issued for the unused portion.
• Last-Minute Cancellations: Due to high demand for our licensed guides and limited availability, we are unable to accommodate cancellations made within 7 days of the tour date.
• Late Arrivals: Guests or groups arriving after the scheduled start time will be considered a “no-show.” No refunds or rescheduling will be provided, regardless of the reason.
• Uncertain Travel Plans: If your travel plans are subject to change, we strongly advise not to book until you are certain. Our cancellation policy is strict and necessary to ensure smooth operations and fair scheduling for our guides.
• Travel Insurance Recommended: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers unexpected changes due to illness, emergencies, or delays.
• Time Zone Awareness: Ensure you account for time zone differences when planning your attendance. Missed tours due to time miscalculations will not be refunded.
• Organizer Rights: We reserve the right to cancel or modify the tour without notice if necessary for safety or operational reasons. In such cases, a full refund or suitable alternative will be offered.

Important Notes About Payment:

• Payments are held pending final confirmation of service availability by our reservations team.
• Once availability is confirmed, you will receive a personalized confirmation email for each service or tour.
• If the service is not available, no payment will be processed and you will be notified promptly.
• Confirmation Timeline: You will receive confirmation within 1 business day, and your card will be charged for the full amount, including applicable taxes and fees.

Once your tickets have been issued, no changes, cancellations, or refunds are possible.
