Reservations require advance payment to be validated. Payments can only be made using MasterCard or VISA through our secure online platform.

Secure Payment System (SSL):
Your bank card details are encrypted (up to 128 bits) using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and are never transmitted unencrypted over the Internet. Payment will remain on hold until services are confirmed.

  • Secure Information Handling:
    Paris Webservices (PWS) will never ask for your bank details via email. Payment information should only be entered on our secure payment page or through your bank’s authentication page.
  • User Responsibility:
    We strongly advise our clients to never share their bank details via email or through unsecured channels. If you receive a suspicious email, please notify us immediately.

What is the 3D Secure Payment System?

3D Secure is a secure online payment system developed by Visa and MasterCard to protect against online fraud. It verifies the cardholder’s identity through a three-step process:

    Provide the required information for your debit or credit card.
  2. Authenticate your identity:
    If 3D Secure is activated for your card, a verification window will appear. Your bank will send a single-use authentication code (via SMS) for you to confirm your identity.

    • Warning: After three failed authentication attempts, your transaction will be canceled, and your card may be temporarily blocked. If this occurs, contact your bank to resolve the issue.
  3. Complete your payment:
    Once the correct code is entered and your payment is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Fraud Prevention and Monitoring:
    Our payment system is equipped with real-time fraud detection tools to monitor and block any suspicious transactions. In case of doubt, we will contact you directly.

Reservation and Payment Confirmation Process

  • Payments remain on hold until our reservation center confirms the availability of the services.
  • Once confirmed, you will receive a personalized email for each tour, event, or service booked. If we cannot confirm your booking, we will notify you, and no charges will be applied.
  • Confirmation Timeline: If the tour is available, confirmation will be provided within 1 business day, and your credit card will be charged 100% of the total cost (including taxes and any booking fees).

Currency:
Charges will be debited in Euros, and rates include all applicable taxes and VAT.
